Gardening is the Work of a Lifetime: You Never Finish
Oscar De La Renta
The first consultation will be a visit to meet you and get to know your thoughts on the status of your garden. During the visit, I will be taking measurements; and evaluate what you have on hand. You will be given my suggestions for improving the area. After our initial consultation, you will be given a quote for the work. After your approval, I will get to work on a layout. You will be presented with a garden plan, which will include a list of plant material to be used on the job. 50% will be given upon approval to begin work, with the remaining 50% due upon completion of the work. Once a job is completed, we can set up a weekly or monthly maintenance visit and cost. The maintenance visit will be to prune, clean up, check the irrigation system, and to make sure that the newly planted vegetation is getting sufficient water. All costs can be paid by check or through Venmo.
The top left shows a white bleeding heart in bloom with an underplanting of Dead Nettle and a white Clematis behind it beginning its journey. This Clematis is fall-blooming and also very fragrant. The top center shows that container gardening in the city allows us to plant vegetation that attracts butterflies and pollinators. Here, the Aster flowering perennial is a plant that attracts monarch butterflies. On the top right, we see a Siberian Iris in full bloom. We can enjoy plants that we thought could only be grown in the suburbs or out in the country.

Wisteria (top left) was planted in 2002, white Clematis (top right) and purple Clematis (above left) were planted in 2017, Iris (above right) was planted in 2014, and the round Alliums (top center) were planted 2020. With proper irrigation, fertilizer, and pruning a plant is able to last in a container for several seasons.
