Building Entrances
It’s no doubt that a building’s entrance is important. This Upper West Side landmarked building, prefers to use concrete containers dating back to the early 20th century. The containers are from the same era the building was erected. I give the entrance prominence by adding height, color and texture to the container. The container gets changed once a month.

Power Wash
When a dirty area is power washed, the layer of grime, mold, and mildew is safely removed. By power washing, you are prolonging the life of your deck and walls and saving on costly damages down the road. We can power wash the outdoor garden floor retaining walls and privacy fences. The above images show a before and after the deck floor was power washed.
Monthly Maintenance & Irrigation
Every garden needs water, small or large, newly planted or old. By adding drip irrigation to the planting area, the vegetation will be watered where it is needed most, the roots. Water is not wasted by going on the leaves, pavement, and everywhere else. A water timer is installed, and it will turn on and off the drip irrigation on a specific time. That timer eliminates the need to water. Keep in mind that you will not see any unsightly tubes. Everything will be hidden behind the planter boxes and buried under mulch. By using drip irrigation, you are saving on your money.

Front yard Design & Installation
Front yards bring beauty to the front of a house or building. The client of this house in Queens, NY, wanted a maintenance-free garden. The plants in this front yard were planted; with the intention that each year we would add color with annual flowers. We agreed that the front yard’s main plants would be perennial plants, hydrangeas, Japanese Maple, and Andromeda. We fill in bare areas of the yard by adding annuals, which also adds color to the otherwise green yard. Adding drip irrigation to the yard reduces the need to fuss with watering.
Rooftop & Balcony Design & Installation
The above left image shows how lighting allows a garden to be enjoyed even at night. Lighting extends the living area of the apartment into the garden. A space that normally would not get any use in the evening.
